Remember This Moment

Another page of our beautiful Olivia. I just loved these papers. I bought them recently at scrapbook studio along with the wooden sentiment. The photo was taken at my sister Tanya's home. She hosted a second birthday party for Olivia. We so appreciated it.

Helen 1941

I just finished this page. I used up some papers I have had for a while. I scanned and cropped and repaired an old photo of Wally's mom. She was 17 in this photo. She certainly was beautiful. Forgive my picture of this page. It makes it look somewhat crooked.

Grandpa's Garden

I made this page some months ago. It was hanging in the scrapbook store for quite a while. It is still such a thrill when she asks if she can hang some of my work. The photo of it turned out well. Sometimes they turn out better than others but I don't know why. These pictures are of Wally's dad at his small farm at Turtle Lake some 20 years ago. He was an avid gardener.

Bubbles Are Fun !!

I bought some bubbles for Olivia last spring. We all had a lot of fun playing with her. My daughter loves brighter pages and this is one of her favourites. I used some purple puffy paint on the chipboard and it turned out nice and vibrant. The rest of the page was made out of items in my stash. Always fun to use up some items. Such fun memories of that day.

Mom & Me

I have had this paper for such a long time and was happy to finally have a photo to go with it. I used some dusty attic chipboard and some lace mom gave me from her sewing stash. The butterflies are a stamp and some stickles. Bought the white ceramic bird and letters at scrapbook studio. Did some sewing as usual. Wally took this photo in Victoria in front of mom's condo there. They have a beautiful home.
