Diva-In-The-Making

Dianna's friend Nicole took this photo when Liv was over visiting her brother, Justin. I just love it.  She is such a little lady. I used some of Bonnie's flowers again and some martha stewart and ek success punches. I stamped the background pp with a music stamp that I have. It matched the other pp very nicely. I used close to my heart stick on studs (look like brads) and a pearl flourish and a transparency clock. The sizzix tag die is a gift from a friend. Thanks Charlene. I jsut love it. I made this page at Scrap a Palooza. It was a very fun crop!! I didn't sew on this page which is very unusual for me. I am very happy with how it turned out.

Grandpa and Tatym

Love this photo of Wally and Tatym last summer. We enjoyed a beautiful afternoon with family and I got a few good shots. I won a package of Close To My Heart papers and stamps at Scrap A Palooza this year and used them to make this page. The inspiration for the design is from Heather Jacob. She is amazing. I used some martha stewart and ek success punches. Used some hand made flowers from Bonnie's Paper Garden. Also make some handmade flowers myself. (the folded type ones). Did some fussy cutting and sewing and stamping. Used three different stamp sets and some unknown brads. Used tim holtz tiny attacher for the banner. Used spellbinders dies and big shot machine for the labels tucked behind the photo. This is not a good as Heather's layout but I am pleased with it. It was a totally different look for me to try.

Grandpa and Maire

So beautiful to see how much Wally loves our grand children. What a great grandpa. Maire is just so beautiful and so cooperative to have her photo taken. I used a beautiful rubber script and butterfly stamp on this page. Also used ek success and martha stewart punches and did some sewing. The senitiment is altered with ink and embossing powder and stickles. It was wooden. Used some unknown flowers and fabric store ribbon. Used some stamps and a circle cutter.Used Gabrielle's yellow butterflies only I changed the colour in photoshop. Rubbed some ink on the white background cardstock in addition to the stamps. Unknown pp behond the white cardstock.

Beautiful Together

I attended Srap A Palozza again this year in February. Such a fun crop and the prizes and classes are just great. This is a professional photo of my step son and his beautiful wife. I will have to get the photographer's name and add it to this post. Used a pp that I just love which has been in my stash for years. Used some punches, stickles, wooden words, crocheted flowers and bo bunny flowers and mini flowers from my stash. Used maya road chipboard, inked doily and fabric store lace and eva pearl flourish and a tag. Really like how this one turned out.

Little Drummer Girl

Tatym at Christmas with her new drum set in her new princess dres.. Such a beautiful child. Used a bunch of unknown items from my stash for this page and did some sewing, punching and stamping. The pretty black vines are in the craft section at Walmart and are very inexpensive. Bought a transparency of clocks and cut some out for behind the doily. Cut out triangles from unknown pp and stamped them and edged them with a black marker and a ruler. Tried to follow a Heather Jacob page for this project. She is so very talented.

Live Laugh Love Livy

My beautiful granddaughter, Olivia. Her mom has her giggling in these photos. Used bo bunny papers, some unknown flowers and some flowers from Bonnie's Flower Garden. Also used wooden words and various stamps with my Cathie Allan Position-It. Just got that tool and I really like how I could restamp over and over to get the words nice and dark. Then embossed them. Used a sizzix die and martha steward and ek success punches. Also used the yellow butterflies shared on Such a Pretty Mess. Thanks to Gabrielle for those. Unknown ribbon, rub on and pearls. Did some sewing.

Grandson Boston

Tried a totally different style of page. Our handsome grandson, Boston. I finally updated the photo with a better one today (March 3rd). I think I like how this page turned out but it is no where near as good as the page I tried to copy from Heather. I did a bunch of stamping and finally ordered and received the EK punch I used. I have liked the look of this punch on other people's pages for quite a while. It was easy to order on line.
